18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 require records for visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct by real human beings. Those rules do not apply to the artwork published on this site. Flirty Stickers is not a producer of that kind of depiction, and it does not keep 2257 records for these sticker packs.
